TECHNOVIT a. s. is engaged in production and assembly of acetylene cylinders, revision of cylinders and bundles of cylinders for technical gases and ecological disposal of old acetylene cylinders.
 
The success of the activities carried out depends on the efficiency of production while complying with strict quality, safety and environmental protection requirements that are binding for all employees.
 
The company's mission is to provide a comprehensive framework of services in the field of acetylene cylinders from their production to their end-of-life without burdening the environment within the ESG principle. The company's core objective is not only to expand its customer base across Europe and to be a leading provider of these products and services, but also to be perceived and valued as a company that is driven primarily by the interests of the customer, provides a safe working environment and is environmentally friendly. To achieve all these objectives, the company uses the knowledge and experience of its employees, knowledge of customer needs, supplier reliability and progressive technological innovation.

To ensure customer satisfaction, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety, the company is committed to continuously maintaining and improving its established integrated management system. This includes the quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety system, designed according to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

In line with this mission, the company commits to:

  • Enhancing the professional skills and accountability of employees in environmental protection and occupational health and safety through regular training and ensuring professional development and awareness of the importance of their work for company outcomes.

  • Instilling in employees a sense of responsibility for workplace safety and personal health protection.

  • Leading employees to actively uphold the principles of this policy within their competencies and responsibilities.

  • Consistently meeting all legally established limits and applicable legal requirements and other obligations to which the company subscribes, relating to environmental and occupational health and safety risks.

  • Complying with legal regulations in all company activities and applying these requirements to all work activities.

  • Conducting regular internal audits, equipment inspections, and documentation reviews.

  • Regularly evaluating the company’s environmental and safety profile and monitoring operations.

  • Open communication and cooperation with stakeholders in environmental and occupational health and safety matters.

  • Continuously improving and increasing the efficiency and performance of processes, product quality, environmental protection, and workplace culture, thereby creating overall job satisfaction.

  • Ensuring safe, non-hazardous, and health-protective working conditions to prevent injuries or health damage to workers.

  • Prioritizing prevention over remedying the effects of environmental impacts.

  • Consistently identifying and assessing risks, implementing measures to prevent risks, and involving workers or their representatives in these processes.

  • Promoting the policy in collaboration with employees and regularly reviewing its suitability, effectiveness, and adequacy.

  • Protecting employee health and strictly adhering to measures to prevent the spread of pandemic diseases.

  • Continuously seeking secondary uses for generated waste and reducing hazardous waste production.
